Day of Event Services
Do you feel like you never have quite enough time to get ready for your event? Or simply want to relax and enjoy time with your guests? Day of Event Support is here for you! We’re happy to help make your party easy and fun! Various tasks we could perform in this role include:
Setting up/taking down chairs, tables, linens, glassware, silverware
Helping prepare food, drinks, party favors, decorations, etc.
Unloading and restocking food/beverages/items as needed
Serving food and drinks to guests
Day of Event Support starts at $100 per hour. Minimum of 4 hours- travel outside of Sacramento subject to additional mileage fee.
Event Planning
Are you planning an event and simply need some advice along the way? Our virtual consulting services make it easy to get help from the comfort of your own home. In these virtual video sessions, you can ask any questions and brainstorm anything related to your event. Our discussions can include:
Party themes and colors
Decor and how to source or repurpose items from your home
Menu and shopping suggestions
Connecting you with our trusted vendors such as event planners, mobile bars, private chefs, photo booths, food and dessert trucks, face painting, charcuterie, art parties, glamping, bounce houses and other rentals.

About Us
As a wife and mother of two, I have always enjoyed throwing parties for family and friends. It's a great creative outlet and I love finding new ideas for events. There are so many wonderful local businesses doing awesome things for parties now!
While it's fun gathering and being creative, event planning can be time-consuming and stressful as well. I wanted there to be a way to make it easier for people to relax and actually enjoy themselves at their own parties. That's how The Party Consultant was born.
